Returns & Refund Policy

Made to Order

Every VisibleToHumans product is printed on demand. This means items are created just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please use our Size Guide to ensure the right fit before ordering.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

  • Report the issue within 14 days of delivery.

  • Send clear photos of the defect to support@visibletohumans.com along with your order number.

  • Once verified, we’ll ship a replacement free of charge.

Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship it once you cover the shipping cost. Please check your shipping details carefully at checkout.


Lost Orders

If tracking shows your package never arrived, contact us. After investigating, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Your order is cancelled before it goes into production.

  • A replacement cannot be provided for a defective item.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

We design clothing that critiques unwanted surveillance. That same transparency shapes our policies. We’re here to support you if something goes wrong with your order — but we also ask for care when ordering, as every piece is made individually.
