FAQ – Returns & Orders

Do you accept returns?

Because every item is made to order, we only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please double-check sizing before ordering.

What if my order is damaged or printed wrong?

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Our production partner doesn’t accept size exchanges. To help you choose correctly, please use our Size Guide. If you’re unsure, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed streetwear fit.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If an order is returned because of an invalid or incomplete address, we can reship once you cover the shipping cost. Please check your details carefully before checkout.

How long do I have to report an issue?

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if there’s a defect or problem. After that window, we may not be able to guarantee a replacement.

Do you refund orders if I change my mind?

We don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or preference changes — every piece is printed specifically for you. This reduces waste and keeps production ethical.

What if my package is lost?

If tracking shows your order never arrived, contact us. We’ll investigate and reprint when confirmed.

How do I start a return or replacement request?
